Disclaimer and Limitation of Reliance
Clarifies the permitted reliance on compliance calendars, automated content and the platform's AI assistant.
1. Support tool, not professional advice
Platform information supports obligation identification, research and workflow management. It is not legal, tax, accounting, audit, investment or employment advice and does not create a lawyer-client or assurance relationship.
2. Data and automation limitations
Results depend on user inputs, current rules, source coverage and authority practice. Inaccurate, incomplete or outdated profiles may materially change results.
Deadlines may change because of holidays, specific notices, extensions, events or local guidance. A platform status never replaces valid filing evidence.
3. Mandatory AI notice
Information provided by the AI Assistant is for reference and open-information research support only and does not constitute official legal or compliance advice. For the most accurate and secure solution for your business, please contact the FACS Expert Team directly.
This notice must appear with every AI response; any omission does not change the limitation of reliance.
4. User verification duties
- Confirm the company profile and applicable conditions.
- Check primary legal sources, effective dates, guidance and authority notices.
- Preserve filing evidence, approvals and professional review for material transactions.
- Escalate foreign, restructuring, dispute, inspection or high-impact matters to FACS.
5. No absolute warranty
FACS uses reasonable quality and traceability controls but does not warrant that every item is complete, error-free or suitable for every case. The platform must not be the sole source for a material decision.
6. Urgent matters and formal opinions
Do not use the platform as a substitute for urgent reporting, claims, proceedings, inspection responses or special-deadline filings. A formal FACS opinion arises only under a separately defined written scope and deliverable.
